Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products & Travel Documents Tour bookings, itineraries, and travel documents are delivered electronically to your registered email address within 24 hours of confirmed payment. No physical shipping applies.

2. Souvenir & Physical Product Shipping All physical souvenirs are handcrafted and dispatched from our branch in Laos.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation
  • Handmade items may require additional preparation time; you will be notified if delays apply

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

  • 🇱🇦 Laos (local): 3–5 business days
  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong: 7–14 business days
  • 🌏 Asia-Pacific: 10–21 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Mekong Travel & Restaurant (Blue Ocean Holidays Limited) is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
