Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy As a travel services provider, Mekong Travel & Restaurant deals in experiences rather than physical goods. All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation and refund terms outlined at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation by Customer (Tours & Experiences)
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
3. Cancellation by Mekong Travel & Restaurant If we cancel a package due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
4. Force Majeure In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a travel credit or rebooking option. Cash refunds in such cases are at our discretion.
5. Souvenirs & Physical Products
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a replacement or refund
6. Non-Refundable Items The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Airline tickets (subject to airline policy)
- Travel insurance premiums
- Visa and documentation fees
- Certain hotel and tour bookings as specified at time of purchase
- Customised or personalised souvenir products
- Digital travel documents once issued
7. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
